The information we collect is utilized to fulfill our contractual obligations, such as managing the installation and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, and ANPR systems.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We only share your information when legally required or to perform our duties, such as submitting your details to the SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarm Inspectorate Board) for certification or to Custodian Monitoring Services/Advanced Monitoring for system oversight.

STORAGE OF INFORMATION

Your electronic data is securely stored on our computers, while physical copies are kept in our office.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

At Prosafe Technology Ltd, we prioritise the confidentiality and protection of both staff and client data. All computers are password protected, with additional security measures for programs containing personal data. Daily monitoring for security breaches is conducted, and we maintain up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus/malware protections. Staff undergo training in safe computer practices. Our office is secured with locks and an alarm system when unoccupied, and any information not in use is archived in a locked facility. Additionally, 24-hour 8MP 4K CCTV surveillance is in place.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations and comply with legal requirements. After this period, your data will be securely disposed of.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you. If you find any inaccuracies, you can request corrections. You may also ask for your personal information to be deleted, subject to legal obligations and the continuity of the services you require. We will inform you if we cannot remove your data due to ongoing compliance needs.

Additionally, you can request the transfer of your personal information to a third party, such as another security provider, if applicable.
